I am eager to share this easy recipe so that you can make homemade low carb bagels within minutes right at home. Our bodies does so much for us everyday. The best way to thank it is to eat good food. I have been on a journey to become a healthier version of myself Physically and mentally. Eating healthy does not have to be boring or tasteless. 1.5 Cup Mozzarella cheese
4 oz Sour Cream
1.5 Cups of almond flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Okay lets Make these delish bagels ( Directions)
Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl then microwave for 1 minute. Mixed the two together until you have a smooth consistency. It is important not to over cook the cheese. Add in the garlic powder, eggs, almond flour, baking powder and salt. This batter may be a bit sticky it is easier to manage if you add a bit of avocado oil or any oil to your hands. Take small pieces and roll out the dough in the palms of your hands then fold in a " bagel like" shape. Place dough on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet. This recipe should make about 6 bagels. After your bagels are rolled out top them with everything bagel seasoning (as much as you like). Pre heat your oven to 350 bake bagels for 15 minutes or until golden brown. let bagels cool and enjoy!
