CUSTOM ORDERS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Taxes

Starks Candle Co does charge sales tax on custom orders. 

Minimum Order

Starks Candle Co requires a minimum of 10 standard size candles and/or 20 travel size candles.  Shipping not included.

Design Requirements

Your responsibility:

  • Choose up to three fragrances 
  • Submit logo for label design
  • Submit quotes/tag lines to be represented on the label

You are allowed to change your labeling up to three times free of charge.

Modifications to custom label:  $25/change prepay for any additional changes.

Returns

Custom designs and products are not eligible for returns.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All payments are due before orders are shipped.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Starks Candle Co at carmen@starkscandleco.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Delivery Window

Please allow at least 7 days from the time of your order for fulfillment of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Starks Candle Co for information about availability.

Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Back Orders will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in shipping section above.
