WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Starks Candle Co does not charge sales tax on wholesale orders. All tax responsibilities are on the retailer. As the retailer, your business will tax the customer for each item at the time of purchase and you, the retailer, agree to pay all taxes of every description; federal, state, and municipal. Starks Candle Co requires a copy of the resellers license and will not sell wholesale (without tax) to anyone without a copy of this documentation. Click here for a State of Arizona example.
Starks Candle Co requires a minimum of $200 for all wholesale orders, not including shipping cost.
Products or goods purchased from Starks Candle Co shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Starks Candle Co and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis. This includes any online retail sales on retailer websites.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized resellers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Request for returns must be made in writing directly to Starks Candle Co within 7 days of delivery date, please reference the invoice number and detailed reason(s). No returns are acceptable without Starks Candle Co approval and delivery instructions for shipping. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. Custom designs and products are not eligible for returns.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All payments are due before orders are shipped.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Starks Candle Co at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Please allow at least 7 days from the time of your order for fulfillment of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact Starks Candle Co for information about availability.
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Back Orders will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in shipping section above.
