Try This 90 Second delicious low carb mug bread!! A Healthier alternative to Mc Donald's breakfast sandwich

One of my absolute favorite things to do is to share my love of cooking and the tasty bites that I make for my family with you all. And when it comes to food, We all know how important taking care of our health is, but sometimes Healthy foods are not the fasted option. Add this tasty 90 second mug bread to your morning breakfast routine and enjoy a tasty HEALTHY breakfast sandwich option within arm's reach for yourself and your family. This is also a Keto Friendly recipe.

 

 

Ingredients: 

1 Tablespoon of butter 

1/3 cup Almond flour 

1 Egg 

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 

1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder 

1 pinch salt 

Directions 

Place butter in a microwave safe Coffee mug for 15 seconds at a time until the butter is melted. mix salt, garlic, egg, almond flour, and baking powder together in the mug with butter. place in the microwave for 90 seconds. Remove mug from microwave and let it stand for 2 minutes ( let it cool down) once your mug is cool flip over the mug on a plate to remove the bread and slice the bread in half place 1 tablespoon of butter into a pan and lightly brown the bread on both sides. 

 

This bread can be eaten by itself or you may place your choice of sausage eggs or any other toppings to the bread to make a breakfast sandwich! I hope you enjoy this quick and easy healthy option please share your thoughts with me if you give it a try.
